Requirements:
- Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates for required requisitions.
- Build relationships with both active and passive candidates in the Construction industry
- Work alongside hiring managers to ensure we find the right candidates
- Create and present offers to candidates who meet the requirements of the role
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience working In-house or agency experience working on filling full-time roles
- Strong communication skills, with abilities to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Extra consideration for those already working for a construction company in a HR role
- Ability to work on multiple roles at a time
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in human resources is an asset

Salary: $80,166.00-$90,590.00 per year
