Job Description – Accounts Receivable Clerk
Start Date – Immediately
REMCAN Projects LP is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their Finance & Accounting team at our corporate office located in Langley, BC.

Primary Duties for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Billing preparation of customer invoices using production/time sheets, based on various contract specifications
- Post invoices to accounting software, and submit to customers (using various methods including customer portals)
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Record customer payments in accounting software
- Cross-training and assisting with other accounting functions, as needed

Hours: Full time – candidate must be willing to work overtime when required
Location: Langley, BC (REMCAN’s Corporate) Office – role is currently on hybrid schedule

REQUIREMENTS
- High proficiency working in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounts receivable background
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to think on feet; identify problems & possible solutions
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
