A leader in the warehousing & distribution industry as an Inside Sales, Onboarding Specialist, where you will provide sales support to a listing of small and medium customers via inside / telephone sales. The role will be assigned a revenue target with the expectation of achieving these targets through growth of existing customers and developing new lines of business within existing customers. In addition, this role will have the responsibility of managing the onboarding of key accounts requiring oversight to the start-up process.
Inside Sales responsibilities include maintain base customers while achievement of sales growth targets. Tasks to achieve this include updating of CRM, prospecting calls, customer retention calls, and supporting customer service and collections teams to drive customer satisfaction.
Onboarding responsibilities are to support the onboarding process for new large / complex customers via onboarding meeting, clear documentation and using / developing tools to track define customer expectations and requirements. Measure key metrics and report on the customer experience regularly to Operations and Sales. Ensuring alignment across the organization on the customer’s expectations is a critical success measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish/Develop New Accounts, Achieve Sales Goals:
Acquire and develop new accounts in transportation, warehouse and logistics.
Working with management, develop sales plans that focus on new customer acquisition.
Obtain new business through telephone/ web/ cold calling prospects with a target to be defined in new customer revenue.
Maintain/Grow Existing Accounts Base, Achieve Sales Goals:
Increase sales to existing customers. Meet new sales targets, quarterly and annually as set out by management.
Communicate customer requirements to internal departments such as Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Perform sales activities such as retention calls, pricing and contract renewal discussions, customer business reviews and customer service support as needed.
Onboarding New Large and Complex Customers:
Follow Remco defined process, documentation and best practices to bring clients onboard in the stipulated timeframe.
Deliver end user training to internal and external customers, which may include technical personnel, senior executives and administrative staff.
Ensure smooth hand-off to internal functional groups once customer has been successfully on boarded and running smoothly.
Administrative
Maintain administrative processes on a weekly basis to include but not limited to: Contact Sheets, Activity Summary Reports and Sales Reports as requested.
Update CRM daily with all new business opportunities and pipeline activities. Continually improve onboarding document and process as required.
Remain highly organized with the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1-2 Years of sales or similar experience in a full-time role, preferably in a Business-to-Business role.
Self starter and curious person who looks for ways to make things work better
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Aggressive, competitive and committed team player
Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
Successful completion of post-secondary education.
