Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of current business requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical specialists to gather valuable insights for the refinement of clinical standards.
- Design and facilitate sessions to validate existing requirements while identifying new business and IT needs, including conducting gap analysis.
- Create and manage extensive process and solution documentation, encompassing workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to promote smooth adoption of clinical standards.
- Perform in-depth analysis of business and client requirements to support the development and deployment of clinical standardization projects, recommending and implementing effective solutions while monitoring their success.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the effective delivery and implementation of clinical standardization initiatives, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
