You are a highly motivated individual with experience cold-calling, appointment setting or in lead generation. You’re a self-starter with proven skills that can support and evolve within our fast-paced sales organization. You are relentless in pursuit of great results, coachable, and work hard to achieve your goals – both personally and professionally.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
At least a 3 to 5-year experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Proven negotiation skills
Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Experience with having and reaching sales quotas
Responsibilities
Work as a team to set sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Drive for hitting sales quota
Assist in finding prospects and leads
Identify new sales opportunities
Build strong client relationships
Learn new product and services features and benefits
Provide professional after-sales support
Prepare and present reports on KPIs
Keep an organized pipeline/CRM
Track daily sales activity
Attend daily sales meetings
Participate in scheduled sales training
Other ad hoc duties as required
