DevSecOps Engineer (remote & full-time/part-time/job share)

What will you do?
The DevSecOps Engineer is part of our “Trust” team and plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment for our team to continue improving our products.
- Design, build and automate security controls in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Participate in security audits on our AWS cloud infrastructure environment.
- Assist with ensuring controls are being followed for SOC2 compliance.
- Contribute to the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of cloud security controls.
- Work with AWS’s native security tools to monitor, track and analyze security events.
- Building networking architectures and interconnectivity options with AWS cloud services.
- Assist with conducting incident response analysis.
- Triage, and remediate security alerts and incidents.
- Identify security gaps by reviewing processes.
- Perform code audits to identify security issues and suggest solutions and best practices.
- Prepare security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with the following:
- 2+ years of experience in architecting secure solutions within AWS
- 2+ years of experience with AWS Guard Duty, Security Hub, WAF/Shield and AWS Config
- 2+ years of experience with Python or similar AWS supported scripting language
- 1+ years experience with Infrastructure as code tooling (Cloudformation, Terraform)
- 1+ years of experience with advanced networking architecture
