Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for a Supervisor – New Home Warranty. This key position within the Richcraft Service Department has the responsibility for all service files in their assigned sites of new houses.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting inspections for PDI, 24hour, 30 day, Year End, and Second year as required
- Responsible for ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of service appointments
- Responsible for following up with subcontractors and trade partners
- Responsible for ensuring materials, supply and parts are ready for service appointments
- Responsible for overseeing Warranty Service Technicians
- Participates in escalated service issues with the homeowner, including resolving warrantable items
- Prepare necessary reports
- All other duties as required.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in residential construction
- Experience with Tarion Warranty program
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
