We are looking to fill a permanent position of Agent, customer service at our Ville Saint-Laurent offices.Position Overview: We are seeking a agent, customer service dedicated to a career in the hardware industry. Your role will consist of answering telephone calls from clients of the company. He needs to listen, understand and solve the problems posed by the caller within a reasonable time. It performs its task by following the line of conduct set by the company and shall treat the person who is on the phone with respect.
