Client Care Scheduler
Summary
Richview Community Care Services is a not-for-profit community-based organization in Toronto providing personal support services and programs to help frail older adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. The Assisted Living Program runs and is staffed 24/7/365. This agency provides personal support, case management, supportive counselling and care planning to individuals and their caregivers. Our organization requires a highly motivated staff to support our programs & services and their ongoing development in a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters individual and organizational growth.

Hours:
Contract – 30 hours per week (may be expected to work additional hours as required). This position is scheduled afternoons, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays It is a requirement of this position that shifts include evenings, public holidays and weekends.

Position Overview
The Client Care Scheduler, under the direction of the Executive Director, will primarily be responsible in supporting two agencies in their scheduling needs. This position will create schedules that utilize the staffing resources of the two agencies to its fullest capacity and match client care needs to available staff resources. The role must ensure that all scheduling and administrative function of both agency with respect to each agency’s policies and procedures. This role will also assist in maintaining and compiling data for various reports required by the agency. As part of the administrative team of Richview Community Care Services, other duties may include answering questions pertaining to the agency therefore previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information is required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Environment: Hybrid. Computer work completed at home evenings, overnights and weekends. Remote work with on-site work/visit for training and staff meetings.

Richview Community Care Services offers competitive compensation rate from $21.50-23.50 per hour with extended health benefits.
