An excellent role on offer for a Plant Manager looking to join a leading North American manufacturer, where you will take complete ownership of their flagship site, whilst progressing in to becoming an Operations Director.

This company manufactures specialist products and they supply these across North America. They have over 10 manufacturing locations across North America, and they supply their products to the medical, industrial furniture and other industries. They are looking to expand to a 4 more US states over the next 12 months, and they have structured plans in place to do this. Due to these plans, they are looking for a Plant Manager who will play a pivotal role in their growth.
In this role, you will take complete ownership of their flagship site. You will manage all plant related activities, manage 170 employees and you will play a key role in all the production onsite. You will also lead, develop and mentor your team, whilst adhering to high levels of health & safety.
This role would ideally suit a Plant Manager who is looking to join a leading North American manufacturer, where you will work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to become part of their Directorship team.
