RCT is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales organization. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with target prospects. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide biz-dev best practices through testing, iteration, and repetition, you’ll be an integral member for our Sales and Marketing organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and then qualifying our prospect’s PAIN, as defined by our sales methodology. As we say, No Pain – No Sale. You’ll be responsible for executing outbound lead generation cadences using SalesLoft and Salesforce and you‘ll be measured on your weekly activity and your ability to generate MQLs for the sales team. You’ll get to work alongside a passionate and supportive team who view you as an integral part of their personal success as well as the RCT team’s success. To be successful in this role, you should have some previous experience developing leads from outbound outreach campaigns and meeting weekly activity targets. Previous experience cold calling is a nice-to-have but not a need to have. Although cold calling is only one of several outreach channels we use for outbound lead generation at RCT, it’s one that will be used daily in your role. You will use your communication and organizational skills to execute daily outbound sales cadences to uncover potential sales opportunities for the sales team. LinkedIn, email, social and more will be part of your outbound toolkit. Ultimately, you will boost the volume of qualified leads the team receives, which will contribute to our long-term business growth.
