Receptionist/Medical Assistant will participate in delivering services and outreach activities. This is a permanent full-time position (4-5 days a week). Location : 14872 Yonge St, Aurora, ON, L4G 1N2 Responsibilities : Provide virtual administrative support to physicians, pharmacies and allied health professionals Directs telemedicine requests to our providers in an appropriate and efficient manner Provides support to telemedicine clinics, by interacting with physicians, patients, and pharmacies and tracks metrics. Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: registering patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on consults and test results, obtaining required documentation Obtains key demographic and health related information and registering this information accurately and efficiently into the EMR Provides assistance to doctors and allied health providers Supports management and perform administrative tasks for service delivery Performs outreach calls to provide information on telemedicine services, generate leads, and schedules appointments with account managers.
