Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing information about products and services, conducting test drives, negotiating sales, and delivering vehicles. The Commission Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in automotive sales is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
