The Clinic Director is a physiotherapist with a keen interest in leadership and business. They drive revenue by overseeing clinician performance at one clinic location. They are a relationship-builder, a mentor, and a problem-solver. They have high standards of clinical performance and customer service, and take a patient-centered, team-based approach to care.
This is a full-time role in Winnipeg, best suited for a physiotherapist who wants to maintain an active caseload of patients and take on new management and leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be on track to becoming a partner in our clinics.
We provide paid, formal training in management and leadership, plus mentorship with our clinic’s experienced leadership team.

Our current caseload includes private, orthopedic, sports injuries, vestibular, neurological rehabilitation, Worker’s Compensation Board, and Manitoba Public Insurance (automobile insurance) clients.
Experienced physiotherapists and new grads are encouraged to apply. We welcome applications from internationally-trained physiotherapists and physiotherapists currently living outside of Canada.
