We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our Customer Logistics Coordinator .
Position Summary/Objective:
As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are received, logged, processed, shipped in a timely manner and invoiced. You will work with the Distribution, Logistics, Accounting and Supply Chain teams to coordinate the flow of customer orders from receipt and confirmation, through order entry, status tracking, document preparation and shipping to invoicing, as well as responding to all related internal and customer enquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and uphold Riverside’s core values
Order Intake: Receive and acknowledge orders, ensuring all information is correct
Order Processing: create sales orders, log orders, create picking and packing lists in an accurate and timely manner
CSR to complete all necessary customer requirements for customer orders prior to shipment
CSR to arrange pick-up transportation via customer portals and email
Take OWNERSHIP to check inventory of finished goods to ensure available stock to fulfill orders; liaise with appropriate departments regarding shortages, out of stocks, delays and/or complaints, monitor fill rate and OTIF
Coordinate with Supply Chain on custom manufactured orders to confirm order status and production dates
Work with the Warehouse &Logistics teams to determine shipping dates, coordinate appointments, as well as prepare inbound/outbound shipping documents
Liaise with 3PL (D2000) for inventory/order updates, stock transfer, new item set-ups, and order transit times
Work as a TEAM to support the accounting department with following-up on past-due accounts
Keeps the work atmosphere FUN by keeping it light and welcoming
o New Set-up request in SAP
o New Customer documentation
o Maintain Customer Reference
o General Documentation for New Listings
o EDI Set up/Testing
General administrative and other duties, as requested

Education & Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service, order fulfillment or logistics role, preferably within a Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods environment
Strong understanding of business processes and accounting concepts as they relate to sales
Technical aptitude and comfort with Outlook, Excel, Access, EDI systems, ERP and/or Sage 50
Skills & Abilities:
Attention to detail and strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Be a TEAM player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative and flexibility, be able to change course quickly; excellent organizing and time management skills
PASSIONATE with a positive attitude with a desire to learn and collaborate
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, self-starter with a high level of initiative and ADAPTABILITY
Demonstrates HUMILITY throughout the company on a daily basis
Aptitude to exhibit, RESPECT and protect Riverside’s Core Values in a changing environment
