Role:
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Global Benefits & HR Specialist to help champion a Best-in-Class Global Benefits program primarily in Canada and the US, with global expatriate exposure in a fast-paced environment.
You will also partner with the HR Business Partner, to provide Human Resource support services including time off and leave management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is really passionate about Benefits that are interested to help shape a global benefits program while creating a strong employee experience. You will many opportunities to learn and grow.
The position will a Hybrid role and based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Visa Requirements: Must be legally able to work in Canada, RLG is unable to assist with sponsorship or obtaining work authorization.
