Responsibilities
– Execute additional tasks as needed
– Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
– Provide support during internal and external audits
– Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
– Carry out a full-cycle A/P
– Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
– Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
– Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
– Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
– Microsoft Excel experience
– Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
– Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
– Competent with spreadsheets and databases
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
-A vehicle is required as there is no access to transit
