Our downtown Vancouver client, specializing in professional services, is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Client Verification Clerk to join their growing team. As the Accounts Receivable/Client Verification Clerk you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable function as well as additional administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years Accounts Receivable experience, have an excellent attitude to work and be a team player!
Responsibilities;
-Manager the Accounts Receivable function, including issuing invoices, following up with customers, processing write offs, assist with collections process
-Conduct verification checks on new customers by ensuring all adequate information has been collected and input into the system
-Assist with ad hoc accounting duties as requested
Qualifications;
-1+ years’ Accounts Receivable Experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Intermediate MS Excel experience (Ability to do V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables)
-Experience with Elite 3E is considered an asset
-Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
