Key responsibilities
– Support a variety of projects for other employees
– Organize word processors, files, and faxes
– Respond to phone inquiries
– Greet and direct visitors
– Skills in internet research
– Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
– At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
– Administrative Assistance experience
– Expertise in Microsoft Excel
– Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
