How you will make an impact
– Greet and direct visitors
– Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
– Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
– Respond to phone inquiries
– Excellent oral and written communications skills
– Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
– At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
– Internet research skills
– Command of Complete Expense Reports
– Proficiency in Calendar Management
– Solid understanding of Administrative Assistance
