Robert Half Looking for Billing/ Collections Specialist at Vancouver, British Columbia Full Time

– Creating and maintaining customer files

– Collecting on overdue or delinquent accounts with verbal and written reminders

– Generating invoices based off of billable hour information

– Answering billing inquiries and making the required adjustments

– Communicating with a variety of internal and external shareholders

The successful Billing/Collections specialist will have 3+ years of similar type experience. You will have worked in the professional services industry, and will have generated invoices with labor hour components, Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required, as well as a take control attitude. This role is best suited for individuals who communicate well and can work as part of a team, with the ability to also work independently and meet multiple deadlines.
