This is a hybrid position in Vancouver. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role.
This is a permanent and full-time position with a large healthcare organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved from the early stages of an enterprise-wide project and be an internal subject matter expert. The organization that we are helping is going through major transformations and modernizing their legacy systems. In this role, you will be supporting the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This is a completely new position and project; you will have the opportunity to make this position your own.
[-] You will support the migration from the legacy system (PeopleSoft) to a new HCM, which is in the process of being chosen.
[-] You will work with internal teams to implement this HCM, and you will help maintain this system as well.
[-] You will understand requirements from internal teams, and identify ways in which the new HCM can add value and meet their needs.
[-] You will identify areas of opportunity when it comes to the functionality of the system, and help implement best practices.

Qualifications
[-] Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / HCM Analyst / similar role
[-] Proven experience with MS SQL and Excel
