This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Markham, Ontario region and is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity. The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.
Key responsibilities
– Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
– Manage incoming telephone calls
– May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
– Field and send written business correspondence
– Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Excellent oral and written communications skills
– Customer service experience
– Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
– Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
– 1+ years of past relevant experience
– Proven computer skills
– Strong customer service and office administrative skills
– Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
