The key responsibilities of the Order Desk Specialist may include, but are not limited to:
*Process daily orders in a timely manner
*Prepare shipping in a timely manner
*Track, measure and report status of orders
*Prepare labels, packaging slips bill of landing etc.
*Manage back orders
*Communicating with customers accordantly
*Process all invoices & credit card payments
Our client is searching for those with the ability to prioritize, strong time management skills and the flexibility to respond to time sensitive issues and frequently changing priorities while meeting competing deadlines.
The ideal candidate sought for this full-time position will have minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while being highly organized.
