Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the North York, Ontario area.
Your responsibilities in this role
– Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
– Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
– Search websites for information
– Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
– Survey reports and sheets of data
– Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
– Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
– Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
– Ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Demonstrated typing accuracy
– Proven knowledge of data entry
– Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
– Well-founded grasp of typing over 60 words per minute
– Command of PO
– Supply Chain Logistics experience desired
– Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
– Microsoft Excel experience preferred
