How you will make an impact
– Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
– Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
– Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
– 3+ years of experience
– Middle Office experience desired
– 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
