Robert Half is currently recruiting for an accomplished and results-oriented Full Stack Developer to fulfill a long-term contract/temporary role for our Edmonton Client. The successful candidate will work closely in the team with the Lead Developer and be responsible for all aspects of software design and coding. You have solid knowledge and working ability with common coding languages, particularly C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PHP along with proven working success in ensuring development standards are met and management processes are followed. This role is a contract/temporary opportunity based in Edmonton, AB., and is open to fully remote working permissions for eligible candidates.

MUST HAVES:
– 3 + years’ proven working experience in a software development role with extensive and varied programming experience (preferably leading, mentoring and working with other developers)
– Demonstrated working ability with common coding languages, particularly C#, .NET, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, and front-end frameworks such as React
– Basic knowledge and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or MSSQL
– Strong experience with minor bug fixes and change requests as required
– Hands-on experience in monitoring the technical performance of internal systems
– Solid ability and experience in writing reports and conducting development tests on MVP deployments
– Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to all levels of the organization
– Ability for learning the codebase, improving your coding skills, and learning new technologies
– Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
