Support acquisition integration and change management activities
Identify, develop, and maintain core capabilities of the employees
Work with organization in supporting and promoting training needs to develop employee competencies
Train management team on handling reward and recognition conversations with employees
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
10+ years of relevant HR experience and at least 3-4 years in an advisory role
Recruitment (engineering/construction recruitment experience is a great asset)
