My NPO client based in New Westminster is seeking an ambitious Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, day to day Human Resources administration, onboarding, offboarding, maintain and update employee training, performance management, the progression to a new HRIS system and other projects. This role is a newly created position and comes with ample opportunity for growth and strategically planning with the Human Resources team to achieve high performance and success in all areas of the organization. The Human Resources Generalist will continue to build a positive culture within the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ready for the next step into a HR Generalist position. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience, have touched on other HR areas and will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. This person will be a will be a self-motivated individual and passionate about what they do. It would be advantageous if they have worked in a not for profit before but not necessary.
*This is a 100% in-office role.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a Human Resources role ideally 3 years
-Full cycle recruitment experience
-Competent with technical skills
