Responsibilities
– Update employee database information
– Use the internet to inquire into potential customers
– Partake in planning new employee orientation meetings
– Manage a number of administrative duties
– Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
– Foundational knowledge in Employee Timesheets
– Adeptness in Resume Screening
– HRIS experience highly preferred
– Comprehensive knowledge of Conducts new-Employee Orientations
– General familiarity with Prescreening
– Knowledge of employee engagement
– Practical knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
– Demonstrated knowledge of Conducting Phone Screens
– Proficiency in Employee Training
– Confidential Documents experience highly desired
– Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– Sound written and verbal communication skills
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
