– Sorting through orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results
– Facilitating the calendar’s schedules, while maintaining conferences and meetings
– Figuring spreadsheets, advancing presentations, and encouraging special projects
– Faxing, filing, scanning, data entry, and word processing
– Endorse diverse projects for other employees when necessary
– Refinishing and copy-editing documents
– Running telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system
– Addressing and directing visitors
– Managing schedules and activities
– Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
– Proficiency in Annual Inventory
– Expertise in communication
– Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
– Excellent attention to detail
– 1+ years of administrative support experience
– Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
– Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
– Proven ability to use the internet for research
