Day-to-day
– Answer phones
– Email correspondence
– Manages the company’s lobby area.
– Experience handling the completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
– Handles special administrative projects and overflow work from other assistants
– Light document processing,
– Some data entry
– General Internet research tasks
– bilingual preferred
– 1+ years of experience in an office setting
– *must be available for afternoons, evenings and some weekend shifts*
