Robert Half Looking for Procurement Specialist at Vancouver, British Columbia Full Time

My Vancouver-based client in Biotech is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their growing team. This Procurement Specialist will be responsible for handling a variety of duties including processing purchase orders, will conduct tenders through pricing negotiations with vendor, maintaining an up to date supplier data-base, supplier evaluations, research products, preparing costs analysis, communicating with vendors and establishing best pricing ,provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree preferred

-Educational background in Supply Chain CSCP/SCMP

-At least 5 years supply chain/buying experience

-Strong communications and great attitude
