Robert Half is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter for a CONTRACT position supporting our client in Windsor, ON. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
-Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
-Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and the company culture.
-Facilitate candidate assessments and reference checks.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
-Manage candidate data and communications in the applicant tracking system.
-Make employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
-Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
-Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
-Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as employment laws and regulations.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently.
