Robert Half is hiring now for an experienced Salesforce Developer for our Client. As the successful candidate for the role, you will be accountable for the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of the Salesforce platform, specific to Zuora in order to improve system efficiencies for stakeholder needs. Your top-notch Salesforce knowledge combined with solid communication, leadership skills, and knowledge of best practices will allow you to customize support solution design processes for Zuora functions. This role is open to fully remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

MUST HAVES:
– 7 + years proven successful working experience in a similar role with solid experience developing custom Salesforce solutions (Zuora)
– Advanced Proficiency with Salesforce Zuora, Lightning Web components, and Flowbuilder
– Proficiency with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Unit Testing)
– In-depth knowledge and working ability developing and modifying systems including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
– Solid experience and ability with Force.com Migration Tool – Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL, or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using tools such as the Salesforce Data Loader
– Strong technical background acting in a Lead role and using Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and estimation
– Hand-on working experience with code change control using Github
– Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOP), maintaining, and updating tickets, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to partner with all levels of the organization, a commitment to service excellence, quality, and communication
– SalesForce Certification (Platform Developer II) required
– Salesforce Architect and/or Cloud Consultant, PMP, and CAPM certifications are a definite plus
– Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
