Systems/ Software: Quickbooks, ADP, Harvest, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Excel are mandatory.

Accounts Receivable:

• Create project codes upon approval from management & maintain all client & project files in DropBox (DB)
• Perform monthly invoicing based on client contracts
• Respond to invoicing inquiries from clients and management
• Receive payments in Quickbooks (QB) and in Harvest against the current/outstanding invoices

Accounts Payable:

• Record all contractor invoices in QB. Verify hours & expenses are accurate per Harvest.
• General A/P: Code all approved expenses in QB in accordance with the annual budget
• Run an AP report bi-weekly, and set up approved payments
• Enter all employee expenses in QB semi-monthly

General Accounting:

• Maintain multiple QB accounts
• Reconcile Bank accounts daily & Credit Cards weekly for both Canadian and US Accounts
• Support with benefits data entry, invoicing & enter Journal Entries as required

Payroll:

• Enter & process employee information and payroll data into the system and maintain payroll records
• Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
• Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to Payroll Lead
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees

Administration:

• Assist Talent Experience, Finance, and general operations with administrative duties
• Manage onboarding & offboarding of employees in Harvest
• Weekly review of time entered into internal (non-billable) project codes, and of all expenses for accuracy and corrections as necessary.

• 2-3 years of Accounting experience.
• 1-2 years of Payroll experience in North America.
• Previous experience with ADP is a must.
• Experience working with remote teams is a must.
• Experience with Vendor SAP systems is an asset.
• Experience with Systems/ Software: Quickbooks, ADP, Harvest, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Excel is mandatory
