Sommaire: En tant que Spécialiste, soutien technique, assistance client, vous êtes responsable du maintien d’une expérience client positive pendant la phase la plus longue de leur parcours. Vous êtes la première ligne de réponse lorsque nos clients rencontrent des problèmes avec nos produits ou sont incapables de faire fonctionner les systèmes Roche (chimie clinique, immunochimie, analyse d’urine). Vous êtes une personne curieuse et passionnée par l’apprentissage et la résolution de problèmes. Vous utilisez vos solides compétences interpersonnelles pour comprendre le problème du client et instiller la confiance dans votre capacité à fournir une assistance téléphonique/virtuelle. Vous développez une compréhension approfondie de chacun de vos comptes dédiés et utilisez ces connaissances pour fournir des conseils ou une résolution rapide des problèmes. Vous êtes passionné par l’environnement de la santé et comprenez l’importance de nos solutions sur l’expérience client et les soins aux patients. Vous travaillerez avec l’équipe d’assistance client pour fournir un support rapide, précis et cohérent à nos clients afin de minimiser l’interruption de la prestation de leurs services de diagnostic.

Technical Support Specialist (contractual position – 18 months)
This position will support our core lab solution portfolio (clinical chemistry, immunochemistry and urinalysis)
Summary: As the Technical Support Specialist, Customer Support you are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience at the longest phase of their journey. You are the first line of response when our customers across Canada are experiencing issues with our products or are unable to operate Roche systems (clinical chemistry, immunochemistry and urinalysis). You are a curious individual with a passion for learning and problem-resolution. You use your strong interpersonal skills to understand the customer’s issue and instill confidence in your ability to provide virtual/phone support. You develop a deep level of understanding of our various accounts and use this knowledge to provide advice or a quick resolution of issues. You are passionate about the healthcare environment and understand the importance of our solutions on the customer experience and patient care. You will work together with the Customer Support team to deliver timely, accurate and consistent support to our customers to minimize the disruption of their diagnostic service delivery.
