région de Montréal
En tant que représentant de soutien, assistance client, vous êtes responsable du maintien d’une expérience client positive pendant la phase la plus longue de leur parcours. Vous êtes passionné par l’environnement de la santé et comprenez l’importance de nos solutions sur l’expérience client et les soins aux patients. Votre enthousiasme pour la résolution des problèmes et la satisfaction de la clientèle est soutenu par vos connaissances techniques pour offrir une expérience client incomparable. Vous travaillerez avec l’équipe d’assistance client pour fournir un support rapide, précis et cohérent à nos clients afin de minimiser la perturbation de la prestation de leurs services de diagnostic.

Field Support Representative – Core Lab
Temporary contract: 1 year
For this position, we are looking for a person who lives in the greater Montreal
As the Field Support Representative, Customer Support you are responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience at the longest phase of their journey. You are passionate about the healthcare environment and understand the importance of our solutions on the customer experience and patient care. Your enthusiasm for problem resolution and customer satisfaction is supported by your technical knowledge to deliver a stellar customer experience. You will work together with the Customer Support team to deliver timely, accurate and consistent support to our customers to minimize the disruption of their diagnostic service delivery.
