We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT programs, with a focus on system integration and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects and programs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal team members, third-party vendors, and consultants, to ensure successful program delivery
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, and provide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, tools, and methodologies as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT program management

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related study with 8-10 years of relevant experience in leading project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural, international environment (large and complex projects)
• Have business domain knowledge in one or more of the following area(s): Pharma Technical Operations, Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration and alignment toward common goals
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail as well as problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of addressing complex issues and managing risks
• Mandatory certification in project management (e.g., PMP), or Agile (e.g., PMI-ACP) methodologies
