The Customer Service Representative answers questions or requests from customers or the public. They are there to help resolve any problems the customer may have.. These can include answering phone calls, interacting face to face, by email, live chat or on social media. They need to have a broad understanding of all of ROCKSOLAR’s products and services. They will be one of the faces of the company. A high level of professionalism and knowledge is critical in order to present the company in the best light possible.
