Job Description
The Talent Advisor plays a key role in talent management at RodeoFX, supporting their assigned teams and providing a top level experience to managers, employees and artists through value-added advice and support. They participate in the creation, review, roll-out and support of various HR programs, policies, processes and guidelines, in a variety of areas such as onboarding, performance management, salary reviews, diversity & inclusion and health & wellness.
Main responsibilities:
Support the deployment of human resources programs and processes such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent development, onboarding/offboarding process, health and wellbeing programs and international mobility;
Create, adapt, and review HR policies and processes as required;
Provide advice, coaching and support for assigned departments in various aspects related to personnel management such as team development, conflict management and disciplinary files;
Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management;
Act as a point of information for managers and employees on common HR related questions;
Act as a change agent for HR transformation, and actively seek opportunities to improve HR practices, processes and tools;
In collaboration with the training team and the Head of Talent, identify needs for soft skills training. Develop and deliver training on various topics such as adapting communication, managing remote teams, delegation, etc.
Collect and analyse data from our various HR systems and tools. They will prepare and present reports, making sound recommendations.
Prepare various communications such as office-wide memos, announcements, letters, contracts, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other related degree;
CRHA Designation, or in process of being obtained;
Strong knowledge of Quebec Labour Laws;
Good knowledge of MS Suite;
Strong spoken & written communication skills in English and French;
Discretion and confidentiality;
Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, judgement, flexibility, responsiveness and adaptability.
