Reporting to the Manager, Reg. & Gov (HR) and working within a team environment, the Senior HR Analyst will play an active role in ensuring Rogers policies and processes maintain compliance, and communicating the Company’s legislated requirements – both Provincial and Federal. This role will focus on assessing Shaw integration impacts on existing policies and processes and support the Manager in recommending the appropriate considerations to maintain compliance post approval.
