Wireless Product team is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to take the helm of Enterprise Mobility Management portfolio, a key strategic asset within Rogers Business unit. It is a role based out of Toronto and reports to the Senior Manager, Wireless Product.
What you will do:
Build portfolio strategy; develop, and execute on the product roadmap for new product launches and for improvements to current product offerings, ensuring benchmarks to best-in-class customer experience
Secure cross-functional alignment on both strategy and execution on components such as new product development and launches, marketing and pricing strategies, value prop development along with selection and integration of strategic partners
Lead portfolio performance management to drive business growth and P&L profitability
Develop business cases to guide decisions for new Product functionality and improvements to current offerings and work cross-functionally to obtain governance approval
Collaborate closely with Consumer Business Unit on company-wide wireless initiatives
Clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and product designs to both technical and non-technical audiences
Work closely with IT and Network team to develop solutions with excellent cost efficiency
Manage work back schedule on all deliverables, following governance processes to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget
Proficient market insights into emerging trends and competitive intelligence
Serve as subject matter expert of this portfolio, share knowledge, and support sales other functional teams to drive business success
What you bring:
A seasoned telecom product manager with a proven track record
University degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
Wireless industry experience with a solid understanding of wireless products and market
Thought leadership with a positive attitude & passion, with the ability to think strategically and execute with excellence
Demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for an effective product manager (i.e. business acumen, customer centric, innovative, strong analytical skills)
Demonstrated collaborative leadership with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills are required
A self-starter with a strong work ethic who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities & rapid change in a fast-paced environment
