Come and join the RoJo family as one of our Site Supervisors. We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor in the ICI sector with a focus on commercial construction.

With over 30 years of experience, RoJo has developed and maintains a large group of both clientele and trades, by maintaining our focus on client needs and customer service. We are looking for experienced, driven individuals who will fit our team and help our company grow organically.

We have jobsites outside the immediate Ottawa area; therefore you must be able to drive and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety
• Full jobsite project supervision
• Managing the site team
• Scheduling
• Maintain project correspondence including daily reports, inspections, scheduling documentation etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction
• Safety oriented
• Experience in tenant improvements, renovation and new construction
• Carpentry skills
• Communication and people skills
• Reading plans
• Problem solver and self starter
• Ability to use cloud-based software to complete projects
• French speaking is an asset
