Hi, this is Tony Gareri, the CEO of our amazing company, Roma Moulding.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Leader to join our awesome leadership team! This position is for a fixed Maternity Leave contract with the potential to become permanent.

What your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans with latest ongoing market updates
- Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives across North America
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Handle a team of creatives, and training on a basis of needs when required
- Plan and develop multi-platform communication strategy directly linked to KPI’s
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of company set KPI’s regularly
- Organize/direct the release of new product releases, company All Hands Meetings and other inward/outward facing events
- Directly involved in building the Roma Community of partners
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO
What we require from you:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or similar field
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role
- 5+ years of management experience
- Fast-learner who is comfortable with new topics and quickly embraces new challenges
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to perform consistently and well under pressure
In addition to the above, the desired candidate will be an energetic, creative individual with the ability to be a hands on leader who is curious about growth, trends and people. This candidate will have a passion for outstanding company culture and for perpetuating Roma Moulding’s core values throughout everything that they do.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 5 years (preferred)
