The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the HR Manager’s responsibilities.
Our RONCO HR Manager’s responsibilities:
o Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
o Bridging Management and Associate relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
o Managing the recruitment and selection process.
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
o Nurture a positive collegiate working environment.
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
o Maintain pay plan and benefits programs.
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
o Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements and skills
o Proven working experience as HR Manager people-oriented and results driven.

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
