Rose-Marie Care Home Looking for Healthcare Coordinator at Remote Full Time

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Manager to ensure that our facility is operating at capacity. This position is crucial with our company’s expansion in the next 6 months. The successful candidate will be tasked with helping our facility grow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Manage doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure organizational compliance with medical privacy laws.
• Assisting overall financial performance of the organization, including revenue and operating costs.
• Meeting with POA’s for introduction and admittance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
