Royal F.R.A Realty Looking for Administrative Assistant at Woodbridge, ON Full Time

Location: 4040 Steeles Ave Woodbridge, ON L4L 4Y5 ( Vaughan Area )
– Full Training will be provided to Ensure You Excel, support and grow with us.

– Candidate should be available in the office from 9:30 AM to 5 PM in the office,

Reception: Excellent phone manners, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins,customer services skills
– Greeting everyone in a positive manner
– Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system(Training will be provided)
– Following up for commission from Builders/Brokerages/Lawyer
– Entering deals in System, Managing listings, appointments & confirmations
– Working on excel and CRM Software (Training will be provided)
– Appropriately assisting agents and clients with various inquires
– Marketing/Printing: Creating and printing marketing material for agents, including but not limited to – feature sheets, letters, marketing presentations for Buyers & Sellers

* Must have advanced proficiency knowledge on:
Microsoft Office Products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word , All Clients or any other CRM or Real Estate Database Management System, Social Media, Internet/Google Researches & Authentisign/Docusign, BrokerBay, Quickbooks.We will provide you the training.
