We are a vibrant and innovative Real Estate Brokerage with a strong National Brand. Our Front Desk/Transaction Assistant is a fulltime position assisting agents, Marketing Manager, Administrator and the Sales Coordinator. The primary duties for this position include support for our agents, clients, management and admin team.
The ideal candidate requires commitment to succeed, determination and a strong work ethic with superior organization and communication skills – both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Enter new listing data on the Newfoundland Real Estate Board MLS system, including upload photos, listing agreements and all related documentation
· Process documents, including transaction management & invoices
· Prepare agent service reports and assist with listing presentations
· Data entry
· General office administrative support
· Manage phone calls and emails
· Manage and input client database
· Client care/ communication (follow-ups, touch-points)
· Reception duties – answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins
Qualifications:
· High school or equivalent (Required)
· Working experience in the real estate industry would be an asset
· Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Adobe Creative Suite graphic design platforms such as CANVA.
· Experience preferred but not necessary in CRM software (ie. Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Top Producer, KVCore etc.) and offer generating systems (ie. Transaction Desk/ WebForms, etc.). and MATRIX
· Ability to multi-task
· You have great time management skills, good judgment, and appropriately prioritize tasks
· Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone skills
· Punctual, reliable and a desire to learn
Job Type: Full-time (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
