Busy Award Winning Team looking for positive, hardworking, passionate individual who has real estate experience in a senior admin position to overlook day to day operations and take our team to the next level.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare listing presentations and listing paperwork
- Coordinate showings & appointments
- Broker load listings and use Broker Bay to manage listing appointments
- Deal processing skils
- Create marketing materials for listings including digital feature sheets, hardcopy feature sheets, social media posts, Just Listed/Sold postcards, flyers and/or brochures
- Support agents in all document typing and other tasks
- Interaction with clients and third party vendors on a daily basis
- Organize client appreciation events and gifting program
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least five years of Real Estate administrative experience
- Fluent in OREA Forms is a MUST
- Strong customer service skills, communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great work ethic, trustworthy and extremely dependable
- Organized with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Top Producer, Authentisign, Canva, Publisher, Mailchimp, BrokerBay, OMDREB and TREB are an asset
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Drivers license and a car is a MUST
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
